How A Session Works

Let's walk you through your LTYB journey

ENQUIRE

Submit an enquiry form to your preferred studio. Chat to one of our team members to discuss your health and fitness goals and download the LTYB app to check out the session times and membership options.

GET STARTED

Book in your first session through the LTYB app. Once you arrive at the studio, your trainer will guide you through your personalised workout. All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel and a great attitude.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

The trainer will ensure you are performing your workout safely, efficiently and tailored specifically to your goals throughout the 45 min session.

YOUR RESULTS

Congratulations, you have achieved your first workout which is the hardest step. Consistency is the key for results, plan ahead and book in your next workout.

Frequently asked questions

Which class do I book in for, strength or cardio/core?

You can book in the session that is most suitable for your goals, however, we recommend members to avoid booking strength 2 days in a row to allow for muscle recovery and avoid potential overuse injuries!

I haven’t trained for years, is LTYB suitable for me?

We tailor workouts to everyone by adjusting the exercises to suit each individual’s goals and current activity.

Can I bring a friend/family member?

Yes! Many members bring friends or family along to stay motivated together.

What do I need to bring to a session?

You need to bring a drink bottle, towel and a great attitude.

What do I wear to a session?

Whatever is comfortable for you to train in and closed shoes.

Do I need to book in or can I just turn up?

All sessions are by appointment which ensures our trainer can personalise the workout. Members simply book through our easy to use LTYB app.

What happens if I go away? Do I still get charged?

You may suspend for a minimum of 7 days. All you need to do is email your studio manager at least 3 business days prior to advise your suspension dates and we action those changes.

How do I start?

Click on the studio page that you would like to train at and submit an enquiry form. Alternatively, you can call or email the studio direct. From there, a studio team member will contact you to book in a consultation to discuss your goals.
