At LTYB, we run small group personalised classes where we take the time to find out exactly what you want to achieve and personalised your workout.


There is a Personal Trainer in charge of every session. Our individualised method of training allows the instructor to select specific exercises that are right for you.


We have a full range of strength and cardio equipment to keep workouts varied and you motivated every session. We have world class programming with multi-levels of exercises that can be tailored.

Oscar has been in the industry for over 20 years and has seen fads come and go in the fitness industry, from the worlds greatest workout to the best diets. One thing stands out more than anything else, patience and consistency which equals results. Health and Fitness is not a destination but your own journey.

Having the opportunity to train a wide variety of clients, the most important goal is a great foundation to build from, in your training and diet. Changing bad habits to good ones is the key to success.

I love this place, such a good, friendly group of people. Oscar is welcoming, even to someone like me who is not used to exercise. He gives clear instructions, updates the exercises every day so it doesn't get boring. No judgement, no mirrors, lots of encouragement and support. There are shower facilities which is important to me as I go straight to work from the gym.

Best decision ever. 6 weeks in and I love it. I have a full on mind job and this sets me up every morning. All I do is show up where Oscar sets your workout and off you go.
