Listen To Your Body Marden (LTYB) Fitness Studio launched in 2022.
LTYB is a National Company with 16 studios, 22 years industry experience and trains thousands of people per month.
Before reading about LTYB, it is more important to ask yourself some questions?
Do you think you would benefit having a Team of Trainers keeping you accountable?
-Are you currently out of a training routine?
-Does it appeal to you to book in your training time and not having to think about what to do, how to do it and have the trainer fully guide you through your workout?
-Would you benefit training in a small group versus a big, crowded gym?
-Would it appeal to you having a trainer monitoring your technique and intensity to ensure it meets your level?
-Does it interest you to join a mirror free, judgement free and fully supported fitness studio?
-Is motivation a slight issue?
If any of this sounds like you, Listen To Your Body may be suitable to help you achieve your goals.
To make your job easier, here are some questions that most people ask:
-What are your session times? We run session times from 5.30am-11am and 4-7pm most days+ weekend mornings. It is best to download the LTYB app to check timetable. (See the tab “Explore)
-I haven’t trained in years, will I be able to keep up? Yes, you are like 90% of kickstart members. There is no circuit, we personalise your session to your level.
-What happens if I want to cancel? Just drop us an email and we stop. There are no fees.
-Is there a joining fee? Absolutely not!
-Can you guarantee results? No, we can’t, but we know if you were to train consistently, you are a good chance to progress which drives results.
-How do I start? You can contact us below to chat first or you can jump on the APP and self-set up. Go to “MORE” and follow the prompts. We then contact you for further details.

Thomas
Studio Manager & Head Coach
After years of finding my passion for health and fitness through gyms and playing sports, I decided to turn that passion into a career and completed my Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness.
I’m super excited to share that love and interest with as many people I can, and help members find their true potential - not only in the gym, but finding the best person they can be with a healthy body and healthy mind. I am a strong believer of we are all different and no two people are the same. I take this into my coaching by making sure every client is trained individually to suit their own goals and training needs.

I originally started working out at the age of 15 to help improve myself at Ice Hockey, where I am currently playing for the Adelaide Avalanche in the national league. As I started my own fitness journey, I realised that, along with Ice Hockey, not only did I enjoy learning more about fitness and health, but I also enjoyed helping those around me too.
My hope is that I can share my knowledge and passion for fitness with all my clients and motivate them to better themselves in the gym and make their sessions as enjoyable as possible.

I started going to the gym late 2019 and it was terrifying. Having spent 12 months before that largely indoors doing very little activity, I was uncomfortable just thinking about exercise, with no clue where to start. It wasn’t long though until I fell in love with fitness, because I had a fantastic PT to guide me. I learned how great it feels to be active, and how positively it affects both your physical and mental health.
Since, I have studied to become a trainer, with the hope that I can provide the support and guidance that I needed, to others. I train myself and others with a large focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and building functional independence.

Hi everyone, I'm Stacey and I'm so excited to be joining the amazing team at LTYB! With cert 3 and 4 under my belt it's a huge passion of mine to help people achieve their goals and fall in love with health and fitness just as I did. I'm also interested in rehabilitation and mobility and believe it's the key long term wellness.
I'm looking forward to bringing my knowledge, awesome music and admittedly question dance moves to the classes. I can't wait to get to know you all and start working together.
Stephen
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Stephen is a passionate Exercise Physiologist with a special interest around management of cardiometabolic conditions, chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues and balance and falls prevention. He conducted his honours on the use of central blood pressure measures in clinical practice and cardiovascular health profiles.
Stephen enjoys assisting people in taking an active role in their health care, giving them the tools to be able to manage their conditions and injuries in a non-invasive manner to reclaim function and independence.
Stephen says he chose My Physio My Health because it provides him with the opportunity to work with a diverse client base within a multidisciplinary setting, alongside a supportive team environment.
His outside interests include sports such as powerlifting, strongman and fishing.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
I have a strong passion for exercise and physical health, and enjoy the rewarding process of helping individuals reach their physical health goals. My early career has centered around exercise and mental health, allowing me to understand the complex barriers associated with exercise and the best ways to support and overcome them.
I strive to live and breathe all things exercise and believe that this, along with my 3-years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, allow me to adapt my approach no matter where a person is starting from or what they are looking to achieve.
Outside of the workplace you can find me on the pitch at my soccer club, out on the golf course (likely having a tough time), or enjoying coffee with family and friends.
Michelle
Accredited Practicing Dietitian
Michelle is an Accredited Practicing Dietician (APD) who graduated from the University of South Australia with a postgraduate degree Master of Dietetics and is also currently completing her PhD.
Michelle is a motivating dietician who uses a client centered approach during her consultations to help individuals achieve their nutrition goals and overall healthy lifestyle. She aims to create a comfortable and supportive environment through which individuals can build a healthy and holistic relationship with food.
Michelle’s main areas of interest include weight management, nutrition in gastrointestinal issues (such as coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome), cardiovascular disease, diabetes management and maternal and child health.
