The studio is located within the Gisborne Medical centre building with entrances from the front and rear of the complex.
LTYB Gisborne is owned by locals Brendan and Narelle Larkins.
The studio is quite unique with many members still training since day 1 in Feb, 2013 hence why there is a super friendly supportive culture.
Over the journey, some of these members have made incredible gains and shared to fitness bug with friends and family.

MEET THE TEAM
Owner - Personal Trainer
Brendan first joined LTYB Gisborne as a member where he fell in love with the model. Opportunity arose to buy the studio which meant he could follow his passion for sport and movement.
Brendan has played many sports over the years, and is currently a scratch golfer. He loves hitting the course at Gisborne where he is a much respected member and current Pennant team captain.
Christine has a strong background in health and fitness, playing high level netball from a young age. Since completing her Pt course over 10 years ago she has had a number of roles in the fitness industry from Personal trainer, gym instructor, group fitness instructor, manager and coach.
She is very passionate about your health and has a very broad range of knowledge regarding exercise, diet, nutrition and overall health. Her sessions are motivating and she likes to challenge you, and can cater for any fitness level, and work around injuries. She is constantly updating her knowledge and studying to give you the newest and up to date training techniques.
Katherine joined LTYB Gisborne as a member in early March 2016. From there her passion of health and fitness grew into a desire to help others. Through her boundless energy and contagious smile, she is committed to help our members get results.
With her years of experience in Gymnastics and Pilates paving the way for her love of functional training, it’s clear to see her favourite exercises are core and resistance based. These can often be seen with a cartwheel through the studio.
