At LTYB, we run small group personalised classes where we take the time to find out exactly what you want to achieve and personalised your workout.
There is a Personal Trainer in charge of every session. Our individualised method of training allows the instructor to select specific exercises that are right for you.
We have a full range of strength and cardio equipment to keep workouts varied and you motivated every session. We have world class programming with multi-levels of exercises that can be tailored.

David has been a keen fitness advocate since a young age first joining a gym with his father when he was 14 (too many years ago to mention). From then he has had a strong interest in the fitness industry and when the opportunity came to open a LTYB Franchise he jumped at it.
Jenny
Personal Trainer
Jen has been a Bentleigh local for more than 30 years and is a mother to 2 adult children
Jen had a keen interest in health, fitness and nutrition from an early age and exercise became such an integral part of her life that she left the corporate world in 2014, after completing a Diploma of Fitness, to begin her career as a personal trainer.
Jen's focus is on strength and loves being able to guide, motivate and encourage people from all demographics to achieve results they did not believe were possible.
Frank
Personal Trainer
Introducing Frank! Passionate about health & fitness. Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, he has been immersed in the fitness industry for many years.
Joining our team with a wealth of experience, Frank combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to deliver top notch training sessions.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys road trips, beach, spending time with family & staying active. He is Friendly and approachable & loves connecting with others.

Brandon
Personal Trainer
Introducing Brandon! After playing high level representative basketball, Brandon has developed a strong passion for health & fitness. Equipped with a Certificate III in Fitness and is currently studying his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Clinical Practice), he has been involved with sport coaching for several years.
Joining our team with positive energy, Brandon combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to deliver top notch training sessions.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys creating music, the NBA and travelling. He is calm and approachable & loves helping others reach their potential.
He looks forward to inspire and guide you on your journey to better health and wellness!

- Arrive on time
- Put your belongings in a lockers
- The trainer will instruct you on where to warm up
- The trainer will guide you through your workout
- Session complete
