So how do we work at LTYB Ascot Vale Fitness studio?


At LTYB, we run small group personalised classes where we take the time to find out exactly what you want to achieve and cater your workout specifically for you, to help provide you with the best results.


There is a Personal Trainer in charge of every session. Our individualised method of training allows the instructor to select specific exercises just right for you. So even though there will be others training in a session, you will work at your own pace, with your own equipment, on your own set of exercises, specific to your goals and level of fitness.


We have a full range of strength and cardio equipment to keep workouts varied and you motivated every session. Variety is the spice of life! And there is nothing less motivating than doing the same old exercises week in, week out.

General Manager

Hemashi is LTYB M3 Groups General Manager. Hemashi has over 4 years in the fitness industry, running a successful PT business and managing a commercial gym.

Growing up overweight, Hemashi found her passion for fitness through her own 25kg weight loss journey. Seeing the holistic benefits of staying active fuelled her desire to help others and once she began working as a PT, she has never looked back. Hemashi truly believes that fitness saved her life and advocates for everyone to find the time to be active.

Hemashi aims to help people fit exercise into their lifestyles so they're able to feel confident, have fun and live life to the fullest!

Emma

Head of Marketing & Sales

Emma is LTYB M3 Groups Head of Marketing & Sales and has been a trainer for over 12 years. She has worked in corporate gym environments in Melbourne’s CBD as well as owning her own successful studio and personal training business. Em is the sort of trainer who empowers her clients to gain strength and confidence through movement.

She is deeply passionate about correcting technique, with experience in powerlifting and a love of compound exercises. With a long list of qualifications under her belt, she has the technical basis to help you get the most out of yourself and your sessions.

Born in Melbourne, Mary is committed to making a positive impact on her local community.

She believes in the profound power of fitness to enhance both physical and mental health, from boosting strength and endurance to improving mood and reducing stress. With a couple years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Mary is passionate about the ability to transform client's health and wellbeing through fitness. She has honed her skills in a high-energy fitness environment before joining LTYB, where she continues to help clients reach their goals.

Mary takes immense pride in witnessing her clients grow stronger, more confident, and healthier, and she is dedicated to supporting them on their journey to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Rhys

Fitness Coach

After starting his own fitness journey not until his mid-20s, Rhys spent the better part of a decade developing a strong passion for fitness. It was through this he decided to become a Personal Trainer and began working with LTYB in February 2021.

With an extensive background in performance and promotional work, Rhys utilises this experience to create a fun positive atmosphere balanced with precise and effective workouts for members.

Rhys was also "PT of the year 2023/2024 due to his high energy sessions, passion for technique and rapport building plus world's best/worst dad jokes.

George began his personal fitness journey aged 16 an insecure and obese kid with the goal of getting in shape. Following his progress, he became interested in all things health and fitness, studying a Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science, and finishing with a 1st class from the University of Bath in England. He now wants to help people transform their lives just like he did. His comes from a corporate background with time in both the UK and Australia but joined us in 2024 to put his passion in fitness into a career.
George also helps out with new member enquiries so if you are looking to get started with your fitness goals or know someone who is, get in touch!

Alex is an energetic & enthusiastic group fitness instructor with 8 years experience in the fitness industry teaching Les Mills programs & a qualified Personal trainer since 2020.

She is passionate about motivating members to embrace the fun in training, develop good technique through functional movements & achieve their fitness goals from the inside out.

When Alex is not coaching, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new restaurants, going to concerts & spending time with her family.

Deane is a PT with a bachelor in science majoring in physical activity under his belt. Deane moved to Melbourne early 2023 from Ireland on a professional soccer scholarship, having a huge passion for sports, health and fitness, Deane loves to push himself with his competitive sports whilst also helping others find the best versions of themselves.

Having great exercise knowledge due to his studios, Deane likes to bring his creative exercises in to help members get the best results in the gym.
