HOW A SESSION WORKS
We have multiple zones in our studios that have strength and cardio drills. Within those zones, the personal trainer will select exercises that are specific to your goals based on your training history, any limitations and your goals.
As a member, you don't have to keep up in a circuit-style training session, you go at your own pace and follow the exercises the trainer instructs.
The trainer will instruct your workouts, ensure you are performing the movements safely and efficiently and of course, progressing you towards your goals.
We believe one size doesn't fit all and provide an individualised approach.
