Head Personal Trainer

Jason is the owner of LTYB Clayfield and has been an international fitness professional since 2007. He has noticed many people get lost in crowded large gyms, don’t have the time to exercise and don’t know what to do to get the best results from their time spent in the gym. So when Jason came across the opportunity to open a Listen To Your Body that is in line with his personal values and beliefs of individualising training for members, he jumped at the chance.

Jason brings a wealth of experience and results from the past 10+ years to ensure you get healthier, fitter, stronger and leaner!

Personal Trainer

A traumatic injury led Amanda to undertake rehabilitation and the result has been a complete career pivot.

She is interested in the link between posture, muscles, the skeleton and how any imbalances affect movement. Why? Because form is everything and technique comes before loading.

She is also passionate about the ageing process and will work with you to ensure you are strong, steady and straight.

Apart from helping people Age Well, Age Strong; Amanda has many rich life experiences, a growth mindset, is an avid photographer, dabbles in all handicrafts and loves taking her two schnoodles for long walks!
