Jason Gillespie - Head Personal Trainer
Jason is the owner of LTYB Clayfield and has been an international fitness professional since 2007. He has noticed many people get lost in crowded large gyms, don’t have the time to exercise and don’t know what to do to get the best results from their time spent in the gym. So when Jason came across the opportunity to open a Listen To Your Body that is in line with his personal values and beliefs of individualising training for members, he jumped at the chance.
Jason brings a wealth of experience and results from the past 10+ years to ensure you get healthier, fitter, stronger and leaner!
Taylor Gallagher - Personal Trainer
Taylor has been with LTYB Clayfield since the early stages of the studio opening. Taylor has worked in a local Gym in Mackay as a Membership Consultant, completing her Certificate III & IV Fitness in 2017, and keeping active through her interest in all forms of exercise (sports, cardio, strength training, yoga & pilates), Taylor believes the key to health and enjoyment is balance and variation, as well as personal commitment!
Commencing studies in Feb 19 in Nutritional Medicine, she aims to help clients more in depth with these 2 major pillars of health - Fitness & Nutrition - to help people enjoy the journey towards their fitness goals!

Jess Comerford - Personal Trainer
Jess has recently joined the LTYB Clayfield team but is already enjoying the community feel of the gym. Jess is currently completing her second year of Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Honours) and is absolutely loving learning about the systems of the body. Jess is very passionate about health, fitness and well-being and believes that physical activity can play a positive role in mental, physical, social aspects of life. Growing up, participating in sports was absolute in Jess's life. As a team player, Jess says "I can't wait to guide and assist all client's through their health and fitness journey's".
